Paul T. Duncanson

Paul T. Duncanson, Jr. is a renowned expert in object oriented programming and design. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University. He has published numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at national conferences on topics such as C++, Smalltalk, Use of Software Design Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Vector and Raster Graphics Techniques, Booch Diagrams and LAN Performance and Tuning. He has over 25 years of Project Management and consulting experience in design, development and implementation of large scale integrated hardware and software systems for such companies as IBM, Litton Industries and Teledyne Industries. Mr. Duncanson is experienced in hardware and industrial controls systems design as well as embedded systems design and development.

Gary Duncanson
President and Chief Executive Officer, Member, Board of Directors

Gary Duncanson is a renowned thought leader in the software industry pushing for Standards Compliant software solution and interoperability. Mr. Duncanson is on the Board of Directors of the Object Management Group (OMG). He has held numerous positions within No Magic including Project Manager, Lead Architect, CTO, and Sr. Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, growing the revenue and client base many fold over the last 14 years. He is currently Member of No Magic's Board of Directors. Mr. Duncanson holds a B.S.E.E. from Purdue University and has over 27 years of technical consulting experience developing object-oriented projects since the mid 1980s. He has over 25 years of technical project management experience for both the U.S. military and private industry. Companies and organizations such as NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (ASAS/Ence), Hughes Aircraft Company (Air Defense Systems), Texas Instruments (HARM MISSLE), Magnavox (AFATDS), Motorola, Eaton Corporation (USAF CATIS/SID 88), Contel Federal Systems (USAFE UTAIN/MAIS), Bridge Medical, Alcatel, and Naval Warfare Assessment Center/Division (Battle Force Tactical Trainer) have called upon Mr. Duncanson's talents to make their projects successful. These projects include Command Control Systems, Networking and Communication Systems, Air-Defense Consoles, Cellular Telephones, Medical Devices, Missile Systems, User Interfaces, 2-D and 3-D Computer Graphics, Systems Modeling, Architecture, Data Modeling, War Gaming, and (Air, Sea, and Land) Battle Simulations.

Roger Klotz
Member, Board of Directors

As a seasoned and dynamic Senior Executive retired with over 40 years of experience, Mr. Klotz creates value for companies through leadership in sales, operations, customer service and P&L management. His specific expertise includes: General Management, Leadership & Team Building, Global P&L Management, Product Development/Introduction, Sales & Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service & Support, Supply Chain Management, Repair & Return, Logistics & Distribution and Professional Services. Before GenuTech, Mr. Klotz was President and CEO of Skyport Global Communications before retiring in 2007. Earlier to that, he worked at Nortel Networks for nearly 20 years and served as Vice-President as well as General Manager. Mr. Klotz received an Associate of Science Degree - Electronic Communications Technology from Mt. San Antonio College, Walnut, California.

Bobbin Teegarden
Member, Board of Directors

Ms. Teegarden is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist and visionary technologist, holding positions ranging from CTO to Chief Architect, Systems Engineer, and evangelist. She has deep experience in advanced software engineering, in industry and government domains, and uses emerging technology to create visionary products and processes that solve real world problems.

Ms. Teegarden’s career combines system engineering and strategic leadership (at product companies like DEC, webMethods, No Magic) with management consulting experience (Deloitte & Touche and CSC). Over the last 15 years, Ms. Teegarden has been working with strategically positioned start-ups, furthering a vision of entropic intelligence – making the world more intelligent via software and the web. She is co-author of a software modeling book entitled Cognitive Patterns. Clients for which she has worked include many from fortune 500 across varied industries including Wells Fargo, Motorola, Nationwide, Goodyear, Bell South, Juniper Networks and government. Her recent focus is on autonomic models (the model is the application), active ontologies as system models, distributed web-based operating systems; self aware, and self organizing systems for business and government; applied intelligent agents; metadata, Big Data, and the semantic web; as well as MDE (Model Driven Execution environments). Ms. Teegarden holds a degree in philosophy from Sarah Lawrence College and has been a board member of MIT Enterprise Forum as well as several startups.

Rich Rierson
Chief Financial Officer

Having over 30 years of experience in financial and operations management with growing and developing companies, Mr. Rierson is Chief Financial Officer at No Magic. Mr. Rierson brings to No Magic his in depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of finance, accounting, human resources and general operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, procurement, taxation, compliance and benefits. Mr. Rierson boasts a strong background in manufacturing and distribution. Prior to No Magic, he served as either Chief Financial Officer or Vice President of Finance at Informatics Holdings, Applied Optical Systems, Leda Entities, Yotta Networks, R. C. Reierson & Associates, Intelect Network Technologies, H&K Dallas, Marlow Industries, and Morton Metalcraft. Mr. Rierson obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in 1975, when he also received the Elijah Watt Sells Award for attaining among the highest national scores. Mr. Rierson holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Iowa in 1969 and an MBA from the University of Utah in 1972.
